Bergrivier Munisipaliteit is opgewonde oor ’n revolusionêre verandering in die manier waarop ons bouplanne in die nabye toekoms sal hanteer.

Vanaf Woensdag, 1 Mei 2024 gaan ons oorskakel na 'n splinternuwe Elektroniese Bouplan-Indieningstelsel.

* Voordele van die elektroniese bouplanstelsel:*

• Doeltreffendheid: Sê totsiens vir papierwerk en lang verwerkingstye. Die nuwe stelsel is ontwerp om die hele proses te vermaklik, om vinniger goedkeuring te verseker.

• Toeganklikheid: Dien u bouplanne in vanuit die gemak van u huis of kantoor. Dit is nie nodig om die munisipale kantoor te besoek nie!

• Werklike tyd opdaterings: Volg die vordering van u aansoek in werklike tyd. Ontvang kennisgewings by elke fase van die goedkeuringsproses.

• Omgewingsvriendelik: Omhels 'n groener benadering deur die gebruik van papier te verminder. Ons verbintenis tot volhoubaarheid sluit die aanneming van omgewingsvriendelike praktyke in.

* Belangrike Kennisgewing:*

Vanaf Woensdag, 1 Mei 2024, sal die Munisipaliteit nie meer hardekopie bouplan-aansoeke aanvaar nie. Alle indienings moet deur ons nuwe aanlynportaal gedoen word. Hierdie oorgang is 'n belangrike stap na ’n meer geriefliker, effektiewe en volhoubare toekoms vir ons Munisipaliteit

* Hoe om u bouplan aanlyn in te dien:*

Besoek die volgende skakels vir 'n stap-vir-stap handleiding oor hoe om u bouplanne deur die aanlyn portaal in te dien. Ons gebruikersvriendelike gids sal u deur die proses lei, wat ’n vlot oorgang na die elektroniese stelsel verseker.

· Accessibility: Submit your building plans from the comfort of your home or office. There is no need to visit the municipal office in person!

· Real-time Updates: Track the progress of your application in real time. Receive notifications at every stage of the approval process.

· Environmentally Friendly: Embrace a greener approach by reducing the use of paper. Our commitment to sustainability includes embracing eco-friendly practices.

* Important Change Notice:*

As of Wednesday, 1 May 2024, we will no longer accept hardcopy building plan applications. All submissions must be made through our new online portal. This transition marks a significant step towards a more convenient, efficient, and sustainable future for our municipality.
