Bergrivier Municipality will officially launch the Collab Municipal App on Tuesday, 1 October 2024.

This innovative mobile application is designed to transform and enhance the way we deliver services to our communities.
The Collab Citizen App offers a variety of features that will allow you to stay informed with up-to-date municipal news, service-related notices, and access to important documentation like vacancies, municipal documents, and newsletters. You will also be able to view and pay your municipal account conveniently, with no additional service charges, directly from the app.

But that's not all! The app allows you to report service delivery issues such as potholes, electricity faults, burst water pipes, illegal dumping, and much more. Simply snap a picture of your issue and send it directly to the Municipality with the GPS location attached, streamlining the process of resolving these matters efficiently.

We encourage all residents to download the Collab Citizen App from your Play Store, App Store, or App Gallery once it’s available. Let’s work together to improve service delivery and communication with the Municipality like never before!
