Please take note that as of 1 July 2020, Bergrivier Municipality will be moving to a new prepaid electricity vending system. All customers who are currently purchasing prepaid electricity via the internet or banking apps, will need to re-register for this service. The current service will no longer be available after 1 July 2020.

The Municipality is busy setting up the new system. The system will be online as from 20 June 2020 for registration purposes only. As of 1 July 2020, the system will be open for sales.

Let daarop dat Bergrivier Munisipaliteit vanaf 1 Julie 2020 oorskakel na 'n nuwe voorafbetaalde elektrisiteit verkope stelsel. Alle verbruikers wat tans voorafbetaalde elektrisiteit via die internet- of bank apps koop, sal vir hierdie diens moet herregistreer. Die huidige diens sal nie meer na 1 Julie 2020 beskikbaar wees nie.

Die Munisipaliteit is besig om die nuwe stelsel gereed te kry voordat dit oop gemaak word vir die publiek. Die stelsel sal vanaf 20 Junie 2020 slegs vir registrasiedoeleindes aanlyn wees en vanaf 1 Julie 2020 sal die stelsel dan oop wees vir verkope.
